If you are not sure if your plan covers chiropractic or acupuncture care you can always call the office. We will try to find out if you are covered, if you have a deductible, any co-pay or maximum number of visits or dollar amount.
Please understand that most insurance plans have several programs so it is important to know your plan. Most plans have a toll-free number that can be called and with your social security number or ID#, this information can be attained.
We will bill your insurance at no cost to you. You will only be responsible for a co-pay or deductible if your plan has one and/or the other.
